About Me...
With 17 years experience with Local Citizens Advice offices across Hampshire, I have worked as an Advice Service Manager, Advice Session Supervisor, Training Manager and Quality Auditor, although I never forget that I started out as a volunteer adviser! I began delivering training courses to Local Citizens Advice offices on a freelance basis back in 2015, and I've never looked back. With expertise in Welfare Benefits, Housing, Employment Law and Money Advice amongst others, I can meet the training needs of both new and experienced Advisers, and provide skills training for non-advice roles too.
